In light of the Congressional decision to amend the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978, in order to greatly expand the U.S. government's surveillance parameters at home and abroad, I will dedicate all of today's blog entries to this very controversial topic.In an effort to make heads-and-tails of the warrantless wiretapping laws, I will explore this topic from various angles.
