Elsie Law's Daily Dose Of The Law

A New Jersey pharmacy technician is suing her employer for setting up a mock robbery training drill without her knowledge. The pharmacy technician claims that her company arranged for a masked gun man, carrying a fake gun to burst into her place of employment at The Hampton Behavioral Center and demand OxyCotin. Allegedly, the plaintiff was not notified in advance that the staged drill would take place. She states that she was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder as a result of the pre-planned fake robbery.

The mock stick-up was reportedly so realistically performed, the "gun man" declared that he had taken a worker as a hostage. The phones were also inoperable during the phony set-up.
