Today's Fly Or Die Commerce Report

For quite a few weeks, financial news outlets have been reporting on Kraft Inc's desire to purchase Cadbury (the company that is popular for its chocolate products) in a multi-billion dollar deal.

The United Kingdom based Cadbury has issued an ultimatum to Kraft Foods. They have states that they will give the United States food giant a month-and-a-half to make a formal bid, or all negotiations will be shut down.

According to The Wall Street Journal, there is speculation that Nestle or Hershey may also have an interest in bidding for Cadbury in the near future.
