Last week, a grand jury convened to hear a case in which a man claimed to have been sodomized by police officers in a Brooklyn train station.
Bravely negating the "blue wall of silence," a transit officer corroborated the claimant's story that members of the NYPD sodomized him after allegedly chasing him in an attempt to arrest him for smoking marijuana. According to the witness/transit cop, the victim was violated with a police baton.
Four of the police officers who were purportedly involved in the attack have relinquished their guns and badges, and have been placed on modified duty. The grand jury has yet to determine what charges, if any, the officers will face.
