In an attempt to balance the New York City budget, Mayor Bloomberg continues to throw out outlandish ideas that will financially drain, already over-extended New Yorkers.
After announcing plans to rescind property tax refunds and implement huge budget cuts last week, the Mayor is now allegedly attempting to put tolls at certain bridges, and charge grocery shoppers for every plastic bag they use to transport their groceries home.
