Obama says that his economic blueprint will: Upgrade schools, expand internet access in various communities, allow hospitals to be connected with each other online, and implement energy saving and money saving standards in government buildings.In a recent radio address, the President-Elect said that his administration will help millions retain and gain employment by "making the single largest new investment in our national infrastructure since the creation of the federal highway system in the 1950s."
