In an effort to halt plunging oil prices- which according to CNN, hit a four year low on Friday- the 14 member Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), will reportedly cut oil production. Analysts are predicting that the committee may cut production as deeply as 2 million barrels per day.
While this production slashing is sure to jolt oil prices, the main question is how will this puppet-like control of the oil output effect the lives of average people across the globe; especially those already feeling the financial crunch?
