Elsie Law's Daily Dose Of The Law

Earlier this year, three NYC police officers were suspended with pay after it was discovered that they were posting sexist and racially offensive comments on facebook. Reportedly these same officers recently filed a lawsuit arguing that by suspending them for their facebook comments, officials have invaded their privacy. The NYPD officers are requesting that the judge rules that there is a limit to investigating their online interactions and postings.
