The Law Library of Congress is the world's largest law library. It reportedly boasts a collection of over 3,000,000 volumes.

The United States Congress created its Law Library in 1832. It is located in Washington D.C. This huge warehouse of legal information contains information about legal jurisdictions all over the globe. It is open to visitors who are 18 years old, or older. However, all visitors must have a "Reader Identification Card"- which can be obtained from the library.
