I'm not one to follow stocks on a daily basis (although I do pay attention). However this afternoon, I couldn't ignore that Wall Street is all abuzz. Stocks have reportedly rallied. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 257.86 points (3.1%), The NASDAQ Composite Index is up 3.5%, and The S&P 500 was up 3%.
