The gaming industry is proving that it can thrive during an international recession. According to marketing research, the demographics of video gamers is expanding. More women are playing; and the average age of gamers has risen to 33 years old. Market researchers predict that mobile games will have an approximately 25% annual growth rate over the next 3 years.
