A grand jury has indicted the Louisiana police officer who murdered 21-year old Baron Pikes, by repeatedly tasering him while he was handcuffed. Officer Scott Nugent was charged with manslaughter, and felony criminal malfeasance. According to CNN, "If convicted, Nugent could get up to 40 years for the manslaughter charge, and five years for the criminal malfeasance charge."
