Elsie Law's Daily Dose Of The Law: The Case Of The Exploding iPod

A mother filed a lawsuit in Ohio claiming that her son suffered from second degree burns when his iPod Touch exploded. Allegedly the mother's child was carrying his iPod in his pant's pocket at the time of the explosion.

The lawsuit seeks $75,000 in damages, and attorney's fees. The plaintiff also states that she hopes her lawsuit will help prevent any such type of incidents from happening to anyone else.
