Later today the President will reportedly publicly map out his plan to save America's car industry. After General Motors and Crysler asked for approximately $22 billion more in government aid, after already receiving $17.4 billion of taxpayers money; President Obama is allegedly set to make more stringent guidelines before making the payout.
Although it has not been said to have been officially part of the oncoming restructuring, Newsday is reporting that, "General Motors Chairman and Chief Executive Rick Wagnor will step down [from his post] immediately at the request of the White House."
