According to The Wall Street Journal, solar stocks on the market in China soared more than 30% after the Chinese government announced that they would be directing their support towards the development of solar energy technology.On the United States side of things, The Wall Street Journal states that stocks are stronger than they have been in the last 18 months.
Technology stocks like Intel and Hewlett-Packard have both had gains greater than 5%.
Despite the recent stock gains, financial analysts are debating how long the rally will last.
